This message is for those of us who are done debating bigotry, done entertaining political conversations that excuse cruelty, justify racism, or dress up authoritarianism as “patriotism.”
If you’ve got a MAGA uncle who won’t shut up about “the border,” a neighbor who parrots Trump talking points, or a friend who thinks racism is just a matter of opinion—this is for you.
We will not tolerate the intolerable.
We will not act as a sponge for their racism, bigotry, or manufactured outrage.

We Will No Longer Be Discussing Politics With You.
You voted for Donald Trump. That tells us everything we need to know.
We don’t care about your opinions on immigration, race, gender, religion, or democracy. You had your say at the ballot box. You chose cruelty. You chose chaos. You chose white nationalism wrapped in a flag and called it “freedom.”
We are not interested in your talking points, your grievances, or your attempts to reframe evil as policy. We are not your debate club. We are not your sounding board. We are not your family’s punching bag at Thanksgiving.
We will not act as a sponge for your racism and bigotry. We are done.
From this point forward, our boundary is clear: We will not discuss politics with you.
Not in person. Not online. Not in passing. Not at all.
And if you push it—if you violate that boundary—you will meet a new one. A door.
Slammed. Locked. Permanently.
You do not get to hurt people and then call it a difference of opinion.
So if you can’t respect this boundary,
get the fuck out of our lives.
We’re not asking.
We’re telling you.
