Another illegal unlawful act. A federal judge has determined that the acting U.S. Attorney overseeing the Northern District of NY is improperly holding the role. The decision, issued by U.S. District Judge Lorna Schofield, found that John Sarcone III lacks lawful authority to serve in the position.
