Assistant AG for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon decided not to have the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division open an investigation into the fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer in Minneapolis. A step federal civil rights prosecutors have always taken in officer-involved killings.
