The Supreme Court announced it will hear arguments on April 1 in a case challenging the constitutionality of Trump’s executive order aimed at ending birthright citizenship. The order was swiftly blocked by lower courts and seeks to overturn that anyone born on U.S. soil is automatically a citizen.
